Admission Policy

Admissions are granted by the college admission committee on the basis of merit in their respective category and according to seat reserved by the Directorate FGEIs and affiliated universities.
Application for admission in the college must be made on prescribed form attached with prospectus which is available in the college office, Prospectus can be purchased on payment. Filled application forms along with relevant documents mentioned on the back of the admission form must be submitted to college office within due date. Admission schedule is announced after the declaration of Matric result by FBISE, Islamabad Multan board.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR ADMISSION

  1. Admission Forms / Prospectus can be taken from college office during working hours.
  2. No admission form will be issued / received after due date.
  3. The candidate will have to submit admission forms complete in all respects within due date.
  4. Incomplete forms / documents will not be entertained.
  5. The photocopy of the admission form will not be acceptable.
  6. The age limit for admission in first year class is 15 to 19 years.
  7. The admission forms bearing incorrect particulars and fake attestation / signature will be considered rejected.
  8. The admission forms must be submitted to college office in proper file cover.
  9. A candidate desirous of applying for more than one group, will have to submit separate forms for each group within the stipulated period.
  10. The final list of selected candidates will be displayed on the college notice board.
  11. The selected candidate will have to deposit their dues on announced date. Otherwise his selection will be cancelled and the seat will be offered to the next waiting candidate.
  12. The selected candidate will have to appear before the admission committee for interview on given date and time. The selected students are directed to come for interview in proper dress, accompanied by their
    guardians along with original documents.
  13. Admission may be cancelled at any stage of the session if the selected candidate is found guilty of having produced wrong particulars.
  14. All admissions are provisional subject to the approval of registration from FBISE Islamabad / BZ University Multan.
  15. Admission in Class XI / XII on transfer basis from Board to Board or Institution to Institution will be made within 10 days of the withdrawal from previous institution, subject to eligibility determined by the Board. The Children of Armed forced personnel & FEGIs employees will be entertained throughout the year according to the transfer / migration rules.
  16. O-level student will be granted admission subject to production of equivalence certificate issued by the IBCC, Islamabad, Pakistan. However, no such admission will be made after the last date of submission of admission form with normal fee.
  17. The students who do not deposit college fee / dues in given schedule will not be allowed to attend the classes.
